How we work

The things most vendor sites will not tell you.

Written plainly, because these are the questions that actually decide whether you can put us in front of your own team.

What is actually included in a build
One process, end to end: the intake, the steps in between, and the handoff at the end. We build it, put it into your stack, and stay on it until it runs without us. What is not included is everything adjacent to that process. We scope one thing and finish it rather than starting four.
What moves the price
The number of systems that have to talk to each other, whether they have usable APIs, and how much judgment sits inside the process. A five-step job across two modern tools is quick. The same job across a legacy system with no API is not. You get a fixed number before anything gets built.
Which models and vendors you use
We pick per job rather than per contract, and we tell you which before we build. Where a task is deterministic we do not use a model at all, because a rule that always works beats a model that usually does. You are told what runs on what, and you own the accounts.
Where your data goes and how long it stays
Into your own infrastructure wherever the job allows. Where a third party has to process it, we name the processor before we build, keep retention to what the task needs, and write it into the engagement terms. If your compliance position rules out a vendor, that constrains the build and we will say so up front rather than after.
What happens if you disappear
You own the accounts, the code and the documentation from day one. Everything is built in your infrastructure under your credentials. If we stop working together, nothing switches off and nothing has to be handed over, because it was never held on our side.
What week one looks like
A scoping call, then the map if it is worth doing. Ten working days, ending in a measured baseline and a build spec priced to the dollar. You can take that document to somebody else and have them build it. Some people do.
